This role should manage, optimize, and support Amgen Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across global enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Load Balancer combined with knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Citrix solutions that support Amgen’s mission-critical applications and end-user platforms. It involves close collaboration with infrastructure teams, technical leads, and global support teams to deliver highly available and secure virtual desktop solutions.
