What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 + years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/testing, or Agile roles, experience in Agile/Scrum practices, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Experience in requirements gathering and documentation, Hands-on experience in software testing or data testing, Familiarity with web application testing and/or data platform testing, Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across BA, QA, and Scrum roles, A strong Agile practitioner who can lead Scrum effectively, Ability to bridge business, testing, and delivery teams, Ownership of both process efficiency and solution quality, Flexibility to contribute across BA, QA, and Agile roles, A proactive mindset with willingness to drive team coordination and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
Scrum Master, Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, REACT JS or equivalents), Prior experience acting as a Scrum Master, Basic knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques, Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments, Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools, Working knowledge of data platforms (e.g., Databricks or similar — monitoring and basic troubleshooting) is a plus
