What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of relevant RTR experience, experience in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end accounting close activities, Solid understanding of IFRS, company accounting policies, audit requirements, hands-on experience supporting internal and external audit requests, SAP closing and reporting experience, Excel skills required, Good knowledge of internal controls, compliance standards, Proven ability to meet SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, attention to detail, audit-ready mindset
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress, Exposure to regional or global stakeholders, ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
What You'll Do.
Accounting and reporting of inventory
Prepare and post journals
Coordinate with COE team
Manage material costing
Execute month-end close activities
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare financial statements
Analyze P&L and balance sheet movements
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Support internal and external audits
Identify and drive process improvements
Support new entity onboarding
