Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, Experience in handling bulk/lateral/technical hiring (depending on requirement), communication and interpersonal skills, Negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, Knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS systems, Problem-solving and decision-making ability, Attention to detail and organizational skills
