Must Have

English proficiency (B2/C1 level), Communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Basic problem-solving skills, Ability to handle confidential information professionally, Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, Previous recruiting coordinator experience or equivalent required

Nice to Have

Additional European language skills are advantageous, Scheduling experience is highly desired, Previous work in reception, customer service and/or coordinating is a plus, English proficiency (C1/C2 level), Experience with HR systems or recruitment processes, Experience in a multilingual environment

What You'll Do.

Manage candidate communications and scheduling

Handle candidate inquiries via phone

Process and track cases in service management system

Provide accurate information using standard operating procedures

Support candidates through onboarding journey

Contribute to process improvements

Maintain accurate records

Conduct quality checks

Schedule interviews and phone screens

Work directly with technical candidates

Work with hiring managers

Arrange travel for visiting candidates

Update candidate records in recruiting systems

Meet candidates during on-site interviews

Keep recruiters informed of candidate issues

Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates

Track recruiting activities

Provide candidate status reports to recruiters

Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings

Provide debrief materials

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure hiring team success

Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience

Identify opportunities for scheduling efficiency

Assist in coordination of other recruiting activities
