What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or forecasting, Master's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical analytics or forecasting
Nice to Have
High proficiency in Excel, working knowledge of Python/SQL, Familiarity with technologies and applications, and hands-on experience to analyze, synthesize, and integrate various secondary data, Knowledge in data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding & reporting approach, Capable to identify & define business problems by turning unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations, Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes, oral and written presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts verbally and visually via PowerPoint, Consistently engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team to shape brand strategy and understand risks and opportunities, Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and coach peers
