Perform monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting
Conduct variance analysis
Prepare and review accruals
Set up Purchase Orders
Manage Purchase Orders
Perform ad-hoc analysis
Support financial planning
Support OPEX forecasting
Support variance analysis activities
Prepare management reports
Provide data-driven insights into performance drivers
Provide insights into cost trends
Provide insights into business risks/opportunities
Maintain financial master data accuracy
Ensure accuracy of cost centers
Ensure accuracy of WBS
Ensure accuracy of project codes
Collaborate with USBO Budget Coordinator counterparts
Ensure alignment on key deliverables
Lead quarter-close activities
Lead consolidation activities
Perform reconciliations
Contribute to standardization initiatives
Contribute to automation initiatives
