Administer post-payroll activities

Manage end-to-end payroll tax processing & reconciliations
Prepare/review Federal
State & Local tax filings

Support year-end payroll tax activities

Years of Experience Required : Level 1 : 1 year to 2 years Level 2 : 2 years to 4 years Level 3 : 4 years to 7 years Location : Chennai, India (Mandatory Work from Office) Shift : US Night Shift (5 Days a Week) Role #1 US Payroll - Level 2 & Level 3 We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers exposure to complex multi-state payroll, global governance, advanced system operations, and leadership opportunities. The Lead will additionally review and validate pre-payroll inputs, analyze payroll outputs, administer post-payroll activities, mentor junior specialists, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs. This role requires night shift support with rotational weekly
