As a Sr Area Manufacturing Engineer - Probe, you will be at the forefront of ensuring safe, stable, and consistent operations within our probe quality management manufacturing areas. This role offers the outstanding chance to collaborate with various teams to successfully lead as a QMS coordinator, integrate quality principles, and continuous refinement of manufacturing processes into our daily operations and production ramps. **Responsibilities:** * Own and maintain QMS execution for probe, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, procedures, and audit requirements * Drive effective use of organizational transition processes, document control, and standard work * Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for systemic manufacturing issues * Partner with Quality teams to prepare for and support internal and external audits, and ensure probe manufacturing processes are stable, capable, and operating within defined controls * Evaluate manufacturing changes for quality and execution risk, leading risk evaluations involving multiple functions such as FMEA for new processes, tools, or product introductions * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality and manufacturing data **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or related * 3-5 years experience working with quality control frameworks in manufacturing settings leading standardized ISO and IETF audits * Working knowledge of process control, standard work, and root cause analysis methodologies * Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to influence teams spa
