What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-4+ years’ experience in investment banking, investing, consulting, equity research, and/or business/ corporate finance, Advanced modeling skills, including building detailed product P&Ls and operating models, Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently in ambiguous environments, and deliver under tight deadlines, Excellent presentation and data synthesis skills with attention to detail and the ability to quickly absorb and interpret large datasets, Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
MBA from a Tier 1 or a Chartered Accountant or a CFA with academic credentials would be an added advantage, Exposure to fintech, payments, or technology is a plus, familiarity with financial planning or BI tools (e. g. , Tableau) is a plus

About the role: We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Associate to join our Strategic Finance & Corporate Development team in Mumbai. This is a high-visibility role that will drive critical business decisions, capital allocation, strategic special projects, long-term planning, and M&A activity.
