What You'll Do.
Support the global design standards for incentive plans and sales awards across regional and specialist selling roles

Support the evaluation of pay mix targets (base/incentive leverage) and market benchmarking inputs by role/level/geo to support competitiveness and talent outcomes.
Contribute to detailed payout and cost models (sensitivity

Create and maintain repeatable and ad-hoc reporting and analytics regarding sales incentives
