What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree, 6 years of applicable relevant experience may be considered, 2 Years of experience with Payroll/Labor, 2 or more years of experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as: Workday, ADP EV5, and ADP Workforce Manager, Experience and knowledge of Payroll best practices, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
PC Skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels, Solid experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers such as ADP
What You'll Do.
Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe
Perform all activities necessary to process international time feeds for Payroll
Documenting and updating procedures
Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely
identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR
and Accounting systems
Support compliance monitoring
issue tracking and resolution
and statutory filing management
Provide excellent customer service
Recognize opportunities
recommend process improvements
and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality
