Job Description: The Storage Administrator / Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise storage solutions. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Dell EMC storage technologies—including ECS, PowerScale (Isilon), and EMC Cloud Storage—to ensure high availability, data integrity, performance, and scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate will also lead data protection and replication activities leveraging Zerto, ViperSRM, and other storage management tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: § Lead day-to-day administration and lifecycle management of Dell EMC storage arrays, including ECS, PowerScale (Isilon), and Cloud Storage platforms. § Configure and maintain NFS shares , quotas, snapshots, and access control lists. § Monitor capacity, performance, and health using ViperSRM and other enterprise monitoring tools. § Ensure storage systems are compliant with corporate standards, SLAs, and security policies. § Manage Zerto replication and Virtual Protection Groups (VPGs) for critical workloads and Data Protection & Replication. § Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and replication topologies across data centers and cloud environments. § Validate and test DR readiness periodically to ensure business continuity. § Collaborate with architects and application teams to design scalable storage solutions that meet performance and resili
