The Team: 9+ years of Experience Strategy & Architecture: * Develop and execute the strategy for coexistence, integration, or migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs * Architect scalable, high-availability EUC solutions leveraging Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/DaaS), NetScaler (ADC), and Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) * Provide technical leadership on EUC best practices, security, and performance optimization Implementation & Management: * Install, configure, and maintain Citrix farm components (Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler Gateway, Machine Creation Services/Provisioning Services) * Design and implement Windows 365 provisioning policies, user assignments, and image management using Microsoft Intune and Azure services * Develop and maintain gold images for both Citrix and W365, ensuring application compatibility and security compliance * Manage user profiles and data migration using solutions such as Folder redirection and FSLogix Automation & Optimization: * Utilize PowerShell scripting, Azure Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) to automate deployment and administrative tasks * Implement monitoring tools (Citrix Director, Systrack, Azure Monitor) and proactively optimize environment performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency Security & Compliance: * Implement security best practices including Conditional Access Policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA
