The Team: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Analyst (5–8 years) to design, implement, and support enterprise planning and budgeting solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The role focuses on delivering end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, workforce planning, and profitability modeling solutions, working closely with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders. Job Description Key Responsibilities * User Support & Incident Resolution: * Serve as a first or second-line support contact for end-users, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues via a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). * Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues across all Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, FA, CM, Projects, etc.). * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior consultants or Oracle Support (via Service Requests) and manage the resolution process. * Provide clear and concise solutions or workarounds to users, ensuring they can resume their work efficiently. * System Maintenance & Administration: * Perform routine system administration tasks, such as managing user roles and security access, maintaining chart of accounts structures, and updating configuration settings. * Monitor system performance and scheduled processes (e.g., close processes, reports) to ensure they run successfully. * Assist in the testing and d
