What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or CRM-focused operational roles, Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (e. g. , Salesforce) and GTM systems, Experience supporting workflows, automation, reporting, and process optimization initiatives, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities, Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience building dashboards and analyzing operational, adoption, or execution metrics, Familiarity with automation tools, workflow configuration, and system validation rules, attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, Experience supporting CRM hygiene, data quality, and standardized process adherence, Background partnering with Enablement or Systems teams on GTM rollouts and enhancements
