CPA strongly preferred, 1+ years of public accounting experience, Solid understanding of US GAAP, Solid understanding of SEC accounting, Solid understanding of SEC disclosure standards, Internal/external financial reporting experience

Perform financial statement analysis
Assist in preparation of balance sheet reporting package
Collect financial information
Consolidate financial information
Analyze financial information
Support SEC reporting team
Gather information for accounting standard implementations
Identify opportunities for transparency
Identify opportunities for consistency
Identify opportunities for efficiencies
Support external financial statements
Work with Technical Accounting and Policy teams
Establish working relationship with FP&A teams
Develop responses to inquiries
Develop responses to requests
Participate in ad hoc projects
Support corporate controllership team
Conduct technical accounting research
Conduct peer comparison disclosures
Support due diligence activities
