This role supports architecture strategy, reference architecture development, and roadmap execution for enterprise engagement platforms, corporate business applications, and cross-platform workflow orchestration across customer, partner, supplier, and internal enterprise processes. The role helps ensure Salesforce and corporate platforms operate as part of a cohesive enterprise ecosystem aligned with data, integration, and operational platforms including ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain systems. This role partners with business, engineering, and senior architecture leadership to translate enterprise strategy into scalable platform architecture and implementation approaches.
