What You'll Achieve.
Providing solutions to challenges faced in managing the Company’s assets.; Plays a critical role in the strategic execution of their designated space Company-wide.; Support the management of assets, inventory, work orders, planning & scheduling, warranty, vendor management, master data management and reporting & analytics.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite (Mondays required), 1 day remote., Core working hours are 9am-4pm., Not able to provide sponsorship.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 4 years of experience developing and documenting processes, process steps, and standard operating procedures., Experience managing project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables., Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Nice to Have
SQL or MSFT Power BI proficiency preferred., Experience administering systems and system enhancements
What You'll Do.

Discover and document existing operational processes and insights.
Translate complex processes into easily understood components.
Uncover best practices and develop consistent standard operating procedures.
Review and track key operational and financial metrics.
Build reports and tools to track key operational and financial metrics.
Develop quality training content and manage rollout of new processes.
Develop and complete system and dashboard test scripts.
Design and update Fleet & Asset Management process documentation.
