What You'll Achieve.
Synchronizing inventory movements and adjustments across systems; Ensure data integrity throughout the business process flow; Integrate business process requirements into NASC Distribution Operations; Improve warehouse operations; Ensure BD’s business requirements are communicated and correctly executed; Foster process, data and configuration synchronicity/uniformity across distribution centers; Ensure Inbound Currency, Inventory Accuracy and Master Data completeness and accuracy
Industry & Context.
Excellent problem-solving abilities; Issue resolution; Opportunity identification
Travel to BD warehouses will be required, Estimated travel of 3 to 6 trips per quarter to various domestic locations
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation Operations, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP and or JDE business process, specifically in Deliver space, Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an integral member of a project team and applying project management standard processes, Bachelor’s Degree required, Has a deep, end to end understanding of business processes within both Host ERP and WMS, Direct knowledge of distribution center operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and receiving, Must demonstrate ability to influence associates in order to govern and maintain process control, Must be detailed oriented and have the skill sets to effectively map cross functional processes, Collaborative approach at all levels to issue resolution and opportunity identification, analytical, planning, and organizational excellent problem-solving abilities, Highly self-motivated and directed, Ability to work independently on multiple projects and complete various tasks to accomplish individual and departmental goals, Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Nice to Have
Industry-specific experience preferred, Experience with Manhattan WMOS preferred, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related technical field and/or 5 plus years of equivalent experience, Certified Supply Chain Professional preferred

Deliver system solutions impacting SAP
JDE and Manhattan WMS
Synchronize inventory movements and adjustments across systems
Ensure data integrity throughout business process flow
Address stakeholders’ requirements
Manage multi-functional CI projects
Integrate business process requirements into NASC Distribution Operations
Lead development of solutions for changing business requirements
Mitigate risks to change
Serve as Process Owner & Super User CTC-Deliver
Lead ERP system validation activities
Act as integrator between Host process organization and Warehouse Operations
Connect with outside teams to modify or implement new business processes
Support system maintenance activities
Govern data quality rules
Lead and drive initiatives to improve warehouse operations
Integrate business and operational requirements and business systems
Partner with cross-functional process owners
Ensure BD’s business requirements are communicated and correctly executed
Coordinate with DC Operations
LSS Teams and external application vendors
Communicate requirement
Collaborate on mapping and re-design of system changes
Test implementation of all applications and interfaces
Ensure successful execution of the change
data and configuration synchronicity/uniformity
Monitor reporting for Inbound Currency
Inventory Accuracy and Master Data completeness and accuracy
Provide oversight to Inventory movement management
Serve as business integration POC for product data
inventory transactions and order fulfillment
