Must Have

Four year college degree, or equivalent experience, 5-7 years total experience with some digital/e-commerce experience, Excellent analytical, critical thinking, & problem solving skills, Ability to manage dynamic, fast-paced changes, Excellent communication skills, Ability to make complex ideas simple to understand, Experience Building and analyzing quantitative data using visualization tools (such as SQL, DOMO, Greenfield, Fullstory, etc) to build dashboards and derive insights from data, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other MS Applications, including excellent Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, Required to be on-call 8am-8pm including weekends for one week on ~5 week rotational basis with increased coverage during Q4 to ensure uninterrupted real-time digital experience support

Conduct defect and incident management

Triage and resolve technical and process issues

Monitor digital order pipelines

Recover from guest impacting issues

Execute operational support

Drive continuous improvements to guest experience

Provide efficient execution of Target’s Digital business processes

Identify and analyze operational and guest data

Build business cases for long term solutions

Translate technical findings into recommendations

Serve as a consultant and advisor

Perform Lead on Duty responsibilities

Monitor and report health metrics

Manage live digital incidents

Make critical business decisions during incidents

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Cross-functional coordination; Serve as consultant and advisor to Digital Operations, Product, Guest Services, Fraud/Cyber, GSCL, Stores, and other key partners; Serve as operational liaison between business and technology teams; Partner with business and support teams during live digital incidents

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Ability to make complex ideas simple to understand; Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable mitigation recommendations for business stakeholders; Executive-level communication during active production-impacting events

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
