Background in compensation analysis, including job evaluations, market pricing, and participation in compensation surveys., analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and ease working with large, complex Workday experience highly preferred., Ability to translate data into clear insights and present recommendations confidently to HR and business stakeholders., Familiarity with salary structure design, pay guidelines, and compensation program administration., Demonstrated curiosity, growth mindset, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., Excellent verbal and written communication ability to influence and explain complex information in simple terms.
