This role is responsible for providing operational support for Incentive Compensation and Commercial Operations activities within the Global Commercial Solutions (CS) organization. It includes tracking and reporting global Commercial Operations KPIs, as well as collaborating with local and global teams to drive performance improvement initiatives. The position also ensures the consistent application of IQVIA best practices and policies across markets. The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations acts as a subject matter expert in incentive compensation processes, including plan design, validation, calculation, reporting, and governance support. The role contributes to critical operational workflows through detailed analysis, accurate reporting, and effective platform enablement, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and confidentiality.
