Major Duties : Manage the daily processing of cash flow requests by clients. This includes ensuring all required approvals and other quality control checks have occurred in adherence to our asset transfer policy. Become a subject matter expert in the application of “standard settlement instructions” across cross border and domestic payments Identify potential issues with upstream applications that may impact the execution of critical tasks Collaborate with team members on enhancing and scaling internal applications to mitigate risk and support increased growth Develop a sound understanding of applications utilized within the organization, including SWIFT and other third-party applications used within payment processing Liaise directly with clients to help establish an optimal experience across our platform Possess general knowledge of accounting, break investigation, and sanction screening Independently trouble shoot issues and proactively escalate issues when identified Help define requirements for custom development Proactively Initiate discussions within the organization to promote personal development Actively participate in Team meetings Knowledge : Excellent oral and written communication skills are required In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required Highly flexible / adaptable to change / strong desire to learn Technical skills / systems knowledge is required Experience :A Col
