What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8+ years in digital advertising, streaming/CTV, or related fields in an inventory, yield, revenue operations, forecasting, or business analytics role, Proven track record leading projects end-to-end — from problem definition through implementation, change management, and impact measurement, Highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint for executive-ready storytelling, Hands-on SQL experience for extracting and transforming large datasets, Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) for dashboard development and self-service analytics, AI able to present complex topics succinctly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, project management and detail manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Works autonomously with a bias for creative, data-driven solutions to ambiguous problems
Nice to Have
Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, or Product teams in a high-growth media/tech or streaming environment strongly preferred, Domain programmatic buying/selling and auction dynamics experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Design tools for scenario analysis
and performance-versus-plan tracking
Build analytical frameworks that measure forecast performance
and quantify risks and opportunities across the ads business
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate forecast and inventory insights into pricing
Proactively identify under-utilized inventory segments and recommend actions to improve monetization
and define new metrics that give RevOps leadership clear views into business health from an inventory
and product perspective
Build and maintain a scalable dashboard
Own the roadmap for enhancements
and automation priorities
Collaborate with Business Automation
and Product teams to ensure reporting requirements are represented in data models and pipelines
Define escalation paths within Revenue Operations for data outages
and forecast anomalies
including SLAs and communication norms
Create documentation and SOPs for dashboards
and AI-assisted mentor junior analysts on tools and best practices
Deliver ad hoc analysis and strategic insights as Roku explores new ad units
and business development initiatives
