It’s all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Seasonal Allocation and Planning: ​ * Oversee businesses with over 1,000 SKUs which are managed at multiple allocatable levels * Own areas of the business with varying assortments based on store type * Coordinate with buying, planning, visual to plan for seasonal set and refresh allocations * Optimize the allocation of products to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory at end of season or product life cycle * Review and approve the allocation of merchandise to warehouses and stores based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and optimal inventory levels * Support the execution of seasonal strategies and marketed events by allocating the right products to stores and online channels as per the marketing and merchandising plans Inventory Analysis:​ * Monitor store sales performance, tracking sell-through rates. Review the opportunities and apply the necessary adjustments for upcoming seasons * Collaborate with cross functional partners to identify slow-moving items and recommend actions to address these issues (hold in DC, markdown, floor placement moves)​ * Generate, maintain, and communicate key performance metrics from allocation reports to show areas for improvement Data Analysis and Reporting: * Generate reporting on invento
