Must Have
5+ years specific technology domain experience, 8+ years IT development/implementation/consulting experience, Minimum 5 years experience building production-grade AI systems, Minimum 2 years experience with modern Generative AI technologies, Minimum 2 years experience with autonomous agent frameworks, At least 4 years experience implementing AI architecture patterns, At least 4 years experience implementing MLOps practices, Minimum 3 successful deployments of enterprise-grade AI solutions, Solutions serving 1,000+ users
Nice to Have
5+ years infrastructure architecture experience, 5+ years database architecture experience, 5+ years networking experience, Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Experience designing, developing, optimizing prompts, Experience with LLM-powered agents design, deployment, evaluation, Advanced degree in quantitative field
