Must Have
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience designing and implementing analytics, data science, and AI solutions within clinical data management, statistical programming, or clinical development., Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biostatistics, Information Systems, or related scientific field, Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
understanding of clinical development experience with clinical trial data processing and analysis, Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and capability in driving innovations in global environment, Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills, Experience with agile methodologies, business process management, and digital transformation

This role will define the multi-year strategic roadmap for AI-driven clinical data capabilities, balancing near-term operational priorities with long-term innovation investments across data ingestion, review, transformation, and submission workflows. It will drive cross-functional standards initiatives (CDISC/CDASH/SDTM) to ensure organizational coherence and compliance.
