Must Have
Deep hands-on experience in CRM and customer experience, with knowledge of service, sales, lead & opportunity management., Ability to leverage or critically evaluate AI in workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving within CRM contexts for enterprise use cases., Proven track record engaging with large organizations, Familiarity with regional compliance frameworks such as PIPA, Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for senior enterprise stakeholders., Innovative thinker with a focus on process improvement and delivering customer-centric value., Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams., Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving., 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services, Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence

Share best practices and reusable assets with peers
Stay informed on competitive landscape and regulatory changes
Represent the company at enterprise events
