Up to 5% Domestic and International Travel involved, Must be a US Person under ITAR regulations, Physical Requirements: Onsite or remote: 95% Onsite, Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings, Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds including safety warnings or alarms, Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications, Equipment Operation: able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment, Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs, Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs, Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools, Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer, Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving, Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor, Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice

Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum 6 years of administrative experience, Up to 5% Domestic and International Travel involved, Must be a US Person under ITAR regulations, Organizational abilities, highly self-motivated, Problem solving skills, Planning talents, Time Management, Collaborative individual, Self-starter, Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English, Requires ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form, Possess interpersonal skills, Ability to maintain customer confidence and protects operations by upholding a strict level of confidentiality, Office or Google software programs proficiency
