The HR Senior Administrator is responsible for accurately processing bonuses, allowances, and generating compensation-related letters in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, business units, Payroll, Finance, and employees. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, team player, and drive for process automation to effectively support the work. The successful candidate will be responsible for keying and processing compensation transactions, generating compensation change letters, and bonus award letters, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. They will engage with HR stakeholders, business units, and support functions to resolve compensation-related inquiries and issues, fostering strong relationships and trust. They will review processes and document business requirement supporting automation initiatives Additionally, the HR Senior Administrator will play a crucial role in continuously improving processes, identifying areas for optimization, and driving innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to data privacy and security standards, and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits are essential aspects of this role.
