What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end payroll process
Coordinate payroll changes with HR
Administer Pluxee vouchers
Manage payroll processes for interns
Administer Multiva and Odessa platforms
Initiate payroll transactions in banking platform
Apply payroll transactions in NetSuite
Prepare weekly payroll payment reports
Generate payroll reports for Finance/HR
Maintain payroll documentation and records
Liaise with payroll vendor
Support employees with payroll inquiries
Process banking transactions in NetSuite
Prepare monthly estimated cash flow report
Generate weekly payment reports
Prepare monthly payment report by PR
Prepare month-end provisions
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Record bank transactions in NetSuite
Capture and post journal entries in NetSuite
Prepare Pedimentos reports
Prepare Contabilidad Electrónica filings
Calculate monthly taxes
Prepare working papers for tax
Coordinate data submission to external firm
Liaise with external tax advisor
Manage Transfer Pricing recognition
Coordinate financial information with tax advisor
Record inventory-related transactions
Maintain inventory ledgers
Perform physical inventory counts
Prepare inventory count reports
Ensure accurate inventory valuations
Perform inventory cost analysis
Prepare inventory account reconciliations
Analyze inventory discrepancies
Assist in developing inventory control procedures
Provide input for financial reports
Comply with internal controls
Participate in audits
Perform projects as assigned
