What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles, Degree in Accounting or related field, US GAAP knowledge required, Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close, Advanced English Skills, Good communication skills, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes, Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, Team player with a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with NetSuite is a plus, Experience managing accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities
What You'll Do.
Supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas
Contributing to the monthly close process
ensuring accurate and timely financial records
Prepare and record routine journal entries
Support the monthly close process
Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts
Maintain accurate and complete accounting records
Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules
Support internal controls
Assist during external audits
Contribute to system and process improvements
Collaborate with other teams
Support ad-hoc projects

The position reports directly to the Sr. Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation.
