To learn more, please see . ## What you'll do here: * Research and advise on technical accounting topics, including GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters. * Prepare comprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues. * Assist with the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness. * Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team. * Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives. * Facilitate coordination with internal and external counsel, as well as external auditors. ## Skills you will need here: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, CPA preferred. * 4+ years of growing responsibilities and related experience; public accounting experience is a plus. * Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to thrive in a multi
