Sr.Accountant

## Accountabilities Prepare, review, and post general journal entries across multiple entities to ensure accurate financial records. Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, including variance analysis and financial performance insights. Evaluate and support the implementation of accounting policies and procedures aligned with reporting requirements. Manage account reconciliations on a scheduled basis and ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial statements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Support payroll-related accounting entries and collaborate on accurate financial recording of compensation data. Assist in tax-related processes by coordinating with external advisors and ensuring timely submission of required data. Contribute to internal control design, documentation, and process improvement initiatives across finance operations. Support cross-functional finance projects, including system enhancements and financial analysis initiatives. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices across reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or global finance environment. CPA designation or working toward CPA is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASPE accounting standards. Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and management accounting processes. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools, including advanced spreadsheet functions. Experience working with ERP systems and integrated accounting platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
