What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience in client management, account management, or sales within health benefits, insurance, or a related industry, Proven experience managing large, complex employer accounts, financial acumen with the ability to interpret data, understand underwriting concepts, and communicate value effectively, Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational environments
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, Experience working with employers of 500+ employees, Background in sales, underwriting, operations, or client consulting within healthcare or benefits
