The position supports client servicing activities, responds to inquiries, produces reports, and oversees transaction processing. The role also partners with Banking Advisors to support business development efforts, including client presentations and coordination with internal servicing teams. Responsibilities include resolving operational issues and ensuring a high-quality client experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client and partner inquiries related to banking products and services * Support the development and implementation of tailored banking solutions, including treasury management, for new and existing Wealth Management clients * Assist Banking Advisors with account administration, business development initiatives, and client presentations * Conduct initial due diligence for credit opportunities, including: * Gathering financial statements * Performing basic industry research and feasibility analysis * Compiling required credit documentation * Act as liaison with the National Credit Center throughout the credit underwriting process * Coordinate with the Client Service Support Team (CSST) to execute daily transaction activity, including: * Payments, fees, and borrowing transactions * Inquiry r
