Ensure profitable revenue expansion

Lead commercial strategy for Brand/Consumer Argentina

Define strategy focused on client retention

Define strategy focused on business growth

Define strategy focused on new account acquisition

Own pipeline management

Ensure accuracy and discipline across forecasting

Ensure discipline across sales governance

Own Brand/Consumer revenue and cost OP

Drive long term profitable growth

Develop sales strategies

Provide detailed sales forecasting

Own client-level annual operational planning inputs

Drive sales maintaining long-term perspective

Maximize overall revenue generation

Generate short term results

Partner closely with Region Leader/Delivery

Align on goals and strategy

Drive shared accountability for revenue targets

Implement annual pricing increases

Influence price-setting for new services

Ensure NIQ fund usage

Liaise with local NIQ sales leaders

Joint business planning

Regional commercial efforts

Maintain commercial relationship to clients
