10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within a highly technical sales environment, proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets, Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud), familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data warehouse technologies, and business intelligence tools, Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, ability to lead complex discovery conversations, present solutions confidently at all levels of a customer organisation
