What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Graduate or Equivalent, Squash Level 1 Certified, CPR and AED Certified within 30 days, Excellent customer service skills, Understand and utilize P&L management, Understand and utilize KPIs, Understand and utilize SOPs, Thorough knowledge of squash, Effective teaching styles, Effective teaching techniques, Excellent communication skills, Excellent time management skills, Excellent organization skills, Comfortable working with all age groups, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Authorized to work in the US or Canada
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Level Degree, 3 or more years’ experience in Squash Instruction, Knowledge of Microsoft Office
