understanding of the asset management business, understanding of the broad business objectives of the Asset Management Tribe, Experience delivering complex software solutions for financial services, additional technologies utilised within the squad and tribe
What You'll Do.
Oversee technical aspects of squad delivery
Take responsibility for day-to-day task management
Ensure delivery of prioritised backlog items
policies and procedures are followed
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge management
Ensure squad is always focussed on the right outcomes
Ensure key stakeholders are aware of progress
Provide Subject Matter Expertise
Own the solution design for products
Connect & align cross squad/tribe/teams
Understand the product backlog
Track the progress of the squad
Sign off all design decisions
Assure decisions adhere to roadmap
Ensure quality of what is released
Remove technical blockers
Guide team around troubleshooting
and mitigate potential risks
Drive continuous improvement across the SDLC
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in partnership with the Product Owner; Connect & align cross squad/tribe/teams on technical matters; working closely with the DevSecOps Platform Team
