Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions, Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities, A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Database Administrator, 3+ years of hands-on support of SQL Server Clustering, Experience working with Windows Server OS
Nice to Have
healthcare knowledge preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform security updates to SQL stand alone and clustered databases
Test and Implement security controls
Review Qualys Vulnerability Management findings and partner with server administrators to drive closure validation and reporting
Maintain metrics for remediation progress
vulnerability aging for assets
and hardening support service level agreement reporting
Document maintenance windows
Troubleshooting database issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
in coordination with Operation support staff and SME; in coordination with the Security Team; partner with server administrators; Act as a liaison between database users, technical teams, application administrators, and other stakeholders; collaborate with highly skilled subject matter specialists and operations executives
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; English language competency; facilitate effective communication
