What You'll Do.
compounding in a production manufacturing facility
add raw materials and follow the formula requirements to complete production orders using equipment such as mixers
spray dryers and blending tanks
follow standard batch instructions to accurately weigh dyes
and other substances into the equipment
check for consistency in various batches and measure the viscosity of the mixtures
take samples of the batch and turn them over to a laboratory for testing
follow food safety guidelines and accurate documentation of work completed
