What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Two to five (2-5) years of related experience in digital advertising or paid search, at least one (1) year of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) management experience, working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising consoles, Demonstrated understanding of Amazon advertising KPIs including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share, ability to optimize toward client-defined targets, Experience managing advertising budgets and allocating spend across multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously, Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with US-based reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate home office setup required

Nice to Have

hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) management experience, Familiarity with third-party PPC management and research tools (e. g. , Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, Scale Insights, or similar) is strongly preferred, Experience working across diverse product categories for US-based e-commerce or Amazon Marketplace clients is strongly preferred, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis experience building performance dashboards or reporting templates is a plus, Amazon Advertising certification (Sponsored Ads or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire

Collaborates with DSP strategists, content managers, and account managers; Communicates insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams; Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with internal teams across time zones; Acts as a technical resource for colleagues

Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to clearly present data-driven insights and campaign strategies
