What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Two to five (2-5) years of related experience in digital advertising or paid search, at least one (1) year of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) management experience, working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising consoles, Demonstrated understanding of Amazon advertising KPIs including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share, ability to optimize toward client-defined targets, Experience managing advertising budgets and allocating spend across multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously, Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to clearly present data-driven insights and campaign strategies to internal teams, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data analysis experience, organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaign cycles across different time zones, Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with US-based, reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate home office setup required

Nice to Have

at least one (1) year of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) management experience, Familiarity with third-party PPC management and research tools (e. g. , Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, Scale Insights, or similar) is strongly preferred, Experience working across diverse product categories for US-based e-commerce or Amazon Marketplace clients is strongly preferred, building performance dashboards or reporting templates is a plus, Amazon Advertising certification (Sponsored Ads or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
