Update CRS with patron notes

Resolve grading/settlement queries

Resolve over ask queries

Resolve customer support queries

Mentor Associate Traders

Manage market restrictions

Analyze player-level profitability

Analyze player behavior

Implement restrictions

Collaborate with Fraud

Collaborate with Trading
