Role Purpose As Sportsbook Operations Manager , you will be a key strategic lead across the UK sportsbook ensuring that its promotions, bonus investments, and customer incentives are optimised to drive maximum customer and business value. This role requires a deep understanding of the brand's strategic positioning and customer base, working closely with internal stakeholders to refine operational processes, improve bonus efficiency, and drive data-led decision-making. By collaborating with Proposition Managers, Fulfilment teams, BI, and Data teams , you will help evolve our sportsbook offering, ensuring it is not only reactive to performance trends but proactively aligned with long-term growth objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Sportsbook Execution & Brand Alignment * Act as an Operational Lead for the UK Sportsbook ensuring that all sportsbook initiatives align with its strategic goals. * Oversee the execution of promotions, bonuses, and incentives , ensuring maximum effectiveness. * Work closely with Proposition Managers and Commercial teams to ensure sportsbook promotions are operationally efficient and customer focused. * Develop a deep understanding of brand positioning, customer behaviours, and sportsbook performance trends to shape decision-making. 2. Bonus Efficiency & Budgeting * Monitor and analyse bonus spend efficiency for your brand, identifying new ways to optimise investment. * Work closely with Proposition teams to test and implement strategies that influence customer behaviour and drive the best overall business outcome. * Work
