What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Minimum (2) two years sales experience in medical device industry preferred, Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level, Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives
Nice to Have
Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products
What You'll Do.
Assist in providing clinical case coverage
Secure inventory for cases
Consult surgical team on instrumentation and implants
Complete logistical requirements for cases
Develop territory business plan
Provide technical support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with Sales Reps; Build rapport with Sales Reps and leadership; Build positive relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and co-workers; Collaborate with teammates; Partner with Smith+Nephew Reconstruction and Sports Medicine counterparts
