What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five (5) years related project management experience required, Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Nice to Have
PMP certification preferred, Experience in systems or financial services environment, card payments, banking, contact center, new product development, information technology or process re-engineering preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide project management expertise
Manage projects utilizing Velera project management
Coordinate completion of various integration elements
Develop project plans
Ensure projects are completed within established time and budget
Ensure projects satisfy needs
Provide proactive communication to project stakeholders
Partner with Team members to develop effective resolution
Monitor the progress of all change events
and coordinate changes
Critique completed projects
Serve as project lead on projects
Resolve issues arising from requests to change business specifications
Perform other duties as assigned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Meet with business unit leadership and various stakeholders; Partner with Team members to develop effective resolution; Serve as project lead on projects with multiple project management staff
Communication Scope
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats; Give presentations utilizing various audiovisual support aids; Provide proactive communication to project stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Manage projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies, Develop project plans from initiation to close, Manage scope, timeline, resources and financial aspect, Quality planning, assurance, and control, Organizational planning, staff acquisition, and team development, Track defects and resolution through sprints or project phases
