The Speed Program Team drives the SD network programs with cost-optimal and speed and quality aware solutions for in-station operations, year-round and enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record and experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, relish working with large amounts of data, and enjoys the challenge of solving highly complex, and sometimes ambiguous problems. We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to support network optimization. The Speed Programs Analyst act as the lead on driving network performance (quality, speed and cost) through projects and network initiatives, and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational AMZL Teams. You will play a key role in developing and deploying network speed initiatives, delivering our vision to improve customer order cut offs and driving great customer experience, as well as in our cost out activities and asset utilization. A significant proportion of role will be identifying and implementing design and process solutions that increase the reliability and consistent delivery of end to end performance, removing defects from the pipeline and deliver a corresponding improvement.
